Anita came to Texas with an entrepreneurial spirit as part of the inception, formation, and growth of a small niche electronics company in Richardson, TX. From there, she held positions with leaders in the field, spending over 25 years in business development, sales, and support, while mastering strategic relationship management skills, and excelling as a top performer. As a vendor and trusted critical supplier representative to many Fortune 500 and A-level companies, Anita was highly respected as a partner and listening to client’s needs, understanding their pain, and assisting with the development of solutions to achieve their goals provided the foundation of Anita’s commitment to excellence and customer service.
 
Transitioning into Real Estate in 2014, Anita gained unparalleled experience in residential real estate sales with the Kathy Spillyards Real Estate team, establishing herself as a respected agent for her clients, and as a teacher, trainer & mentor for agents new to Real Estate, all while growing her own business, ultimately reaching the coveted top 20% producer status year over year.
