In 2021, Kathy achieved a long‑time professional goal by earning her broker’s license and opening Integrity Plus Realty LLC alongside her partners, Anita and Mike Jones. After growing and leading one of the area’s top‑producing real estate teams for more than a decade, Kathy recognized she was ready to take the next step: building a brokerage designed for seasoned, professional agents who—like her—are dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience in every transaction.

Kathy believes that successful marketing goes beyond showcasing a house; it tells the story of a lifestyle. Originally from Louisiana, Kathy moved to Dallas in early childhood and proudly considers Texas her home. She lived in Wylie, a Collin County suburb, for 28 years while raising her daughters, and remained deeply involved in the community. During that time, she served on several municipal boards and commissions and spent six years on the Wylie City Council, including service as Mayor Pro Tem.

Today, Kathy calls Dallas home. As an empty nester, she enjoys traveling, reading, walking, volunteering, and spending quality time with family and friends—while continuing to lead, mentor, and serve clients with the same passion that has defined her career from the very beginning.
